When we are allowed to do so, I will be back to teaching Mindfulness for Surrey Adult Learning and for corporate clients around the South East of England.
Yoga classes are currently being run on line on a Wednesday and Friday evenings at 7pm (GMT) via Zoom. As we transition out of the lockdown measures places will be available in Woking Surrey in combination with Zoom.
Weekly classes at Bisley, Surrey UK on a Wednesday and a Friday evening starting at 7pm. These are mixed classes for a range of abilities.
Jo also teaches classes through Surrey Adult Learning for Men, Mixed and Supported Learning.
