Mindfulness classes via Zoom on a Friday evening. When the Corona lock down is over I will be back to teaching Mindfulness for Surrey Adult Learning and for corporate clients around the South East of England.

Online Yoga

Yoga classes are currently being run on line on a Monday & Wednesday evening at 7pm (BST) via Zoom.

Normally I hold regular classes at Bisley, Surrey UK in the evenings for Mixed (Wellbeing) and Men only. Also classes through Surrey Adult Learning for Men, Mixed and Supported Learning. Please contact for details.
