Mindfulness classes via Zoom on a Friday evening will resume in September via Zoom.

This autumn I will be back to teaching Mindfulness for Surrey Adult Learning and for corporate clients around the South East of England.

Online Yoga

Yoga classes are currently being run on line on a Monday & Wednesday evening at 7pm (BST) via Zoom. As we transition out of the lockdown measures places are available to attend the physical classes OR access via Zoom.

Yoga Classes

Weekly classes at Bisley, Surrey UK on a Monday and Wednesday evening starting at 7pm. These are mixed classes for a range of abilities.

Jo also teaches classes through Surrey Adult Learning for Men, Mixed and Supported Learning. Autumn classes are set for Monday evenings and Friday mornings.
