Yoga Classes

Yoga classes on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday evening at 7pm.  Stretch, Relax and Breathe.

Yoga is all about helping the body to feel better.  Stretching (asanas) help the body to feel more comfortable and a little fitter.  Breathing helps to settle the physical body and calm the nervous system.  Relaxing with mindfulness and meditation helps us to think more clearly and reduce stress.

Monday and Friday classes are all about stretching and relaxing.  They are suitable for anyone. 

Wednesday is geared more towards some fitness, so its best suited to those who can get on and off the floor  easily and want a varied but more energetic class.

There is a chair yoga class on Friday mornings and Yoga Nidra on Monday evenings, so there is something for everyone.
