Yoga classes are currently being run on line on a Wednesday and Friday evenings at 7pm (GMT) to 8:15 pm. These are hybrid classes (in person and Zoom).

Yogic sleep. The grown ups equivalent of being tucked up into bed a read a story. Magic !
