Classes for those who can sit or stand but find getting to and from the floor difficult.
Yoga classes are currently being run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings at 7pm (GMT) to 8:15 pm. These are hybrid classes (in person and Zoom).
Traditional yoga – Stretch, Breathe and Relax.
Yogic sleep. The grown ups equivalent of being tucked up into bed a read a story. Magic !
